This patch was generated by replacing:
`proxy_set_header Host $http_host` ->
`proxy_set_header Host $host`
Script:
find . -type f -exec sed -i 's|proxy_set_header Host \$http_host|proxy_set_header Host \$host|g' {} \;
Fixes test error:
