Feature: Reflect difficulty estimation into mempool blocks. (#637)

Browse Source 
* Add time until to mempool blocks.
Reflect difficulty estimate time.

* Fix estimate calculation.
Turn off the auto refresh.

* Change Math.floor to Math.round.
