76ed922a5f Increase precision of g1 and g2
This allows us to shift by 256+128 = 384 bits, which is a multiple of the limb size of
the scalar representation. This also happens to be the most precision possible for g2
that still fits into a 256-bit value.

b110c106fa Change exhaustive test groups so they have a point with X=1
This enables testing overflow is correctly encoded in the recid, and
likely triggers more edge cases.

Also introduce a Sage script to generate the parameters.

79f1f7a4f1 Autodetect __int128 availability on the C side
Instead of supporting configuration of the field and scalar size independently,
both are now controlled by the availability of a 64x64->128 bit multiplication
(currently only through __int128). This is autodetected from the C code through
__SIZEOF_INT128__, but can be overridden using configure's
--with-test-override-wide-multiply, or by defining
USE_FORCE_WIDEMUL_{INT64,INT128} manually.

34a67c773b Eliminate harmless non-constant time operations on secret data.
There were several places where the code was non-constant time
for invalid secret inputs. These are harmless under sane use
but get in the way of automatic const-time validation.

(Nonce overflow in signing is not addressed, nor is s==0 in
 signing)

83836a9547 Add exhaustive tests for group arithmetic, signing, and ecmult on a small group
If you compile without ./configure --enable-exhaustive-tests=no,
this will create a binary ./exhaustive_tests which will execute
every function possible on a group of small order obtained by
moving to a twist of our curve and locating a generator of small
order.

Currently defaults to order 13, though by changing some #ifdefs
you can get a couple other ones. (Currently 199, which will take
forever to run, and 14, which won't work because it's composite.)

ed35d43a0c Make secp256k1_scalar_add_bit conditional; make secp256k1_scalar_split_lambda_var constant time
This has the effect of making `secp256k1_scalar_mul_shift_var` constant
time in both input scalars. Keep the _var name because it is NOT constant
time in the shift amount.

As used in `secp256k1_scalar_split_lambda_var`, the shift is always
the constant 272, so this function becomes constant time, and it
loses the `_var` suffix.

4401500060 Add constant-time multiply secp256k1_ecmult_const for ECDH
Designed with clear separation of the wNAF conversion, precomputation
and exponentiation (since the precomp at least we will probably want
to separate in the API for users who reuse points a lot.

Future work:
  - actually separate precomp in the API
  - do multiexp rather than single exponentiation

2632019713 Brace all the if/for/while.
Unbraced statements spanning multiple lines has been shown in many
projects to contribute to the introduction of bugs and a failure
to catch them in review, especially for maintenance on infrequently
 modified code.

Most, but not all, of the existing practice in the codebase were not
cases that I would have expected to eventually result in bugs but
applying it as a rule makes it easier for other people to safely
 contribute.

I'm not aware of any such evidence for the case with the statement
on a single line, but some people strongly prefer to never do that
and the opposite rule of "_always_ use a single line for single
statement blocks" isn't a reasonable rule for formatting reasons.
Might as well brace all these too, since that's more universally
 acceptable.

[In any case, I seem to have introduced the vast majority of the
single-line form (as they're my preference where they fit).]

This also removes a broken test which is no longer needed.

cc604e9842 Avoid division when decomposing scalars
- In secp256k1_gej_split_exp, there are two divisions used. Since the denominator is a constant known at compile-time, each can be replaced by a multiplication followed by a right-shift (and rounding).
- Add the constants g1, g2 for this purpose and rewrite secp256k1_scalar_split_lambda_var accordingly.
- Remove secp256k1_num_div since no longer used
