Upgrade:
- bitcoin to v0.31.0
- miniscript to v11.0.0
Note: The bitcoin upgrade includes improvements to the
`Transaction::weight()` function, it appears those guys did good, we
no longer need to add the 2 additional weight units "just in case".
These methods allow us to query for checkpoints contained within the
linked list by height and height range. This is useful to determine
checkpoints to fetch for chain sources without having to refer back to
the `LocalChain`.
Currently this is not implemented efficiently, but in the future, we
will change `CheckPoint` to use a skip list structure.
798ed8ced2 fix: remove deprecated `max_satisfaction_weight (Jose Storopoli)
Pull request description:
### Description
Continuation of #1115.
Closes#1036.
* Change deprecated `max_satisfaction_weight` to `max_weight_to_satisfy`
* Remove `#[allow(deprecated)]` flags
### Notes to the reviewers
I've changed all `max_satisfaction_weight()` to `max_weight_to_satisfy()` in `Wallet.get_available_utxo()` and `Wallet.build_fee_bump()`. Checking the docs on the `miniscript` crate for `max_weight_to_satisfy` has the following note:
We are testing if the underlying descriptor `is.segwit()` or `.is_taproot`,
then adding 4WU if true or leaving as it is otherwise.
Another thing, we are not testing in BDK tests for legacy (pre-segwit) descriptors.
Should I also add them to this PR?
### Changelog notice
### Fixed
Replace the deprecated `max_satisfaction_weight` from `rust-miniscript` to `max_weight_to_satisfy`.

Wrapping transactions as `Arc<Transaction>` allows us to share
transactions cheaply between the chain-source and receiving structures.
Therefore the chain-source can keep already-fetched transactions (save
bandwidth) and have a shared pointer to the transactions (save memory).
This is better than the current way we do things, which is to refer back
to the receiving structures mid-sync.
Documentation for `TxGraph` is also updated.

8c78a42163 test(psbt): Fixup test_psbt_multiple_internalkey_signers (vmammal)
Pull request description:
We currently allow removing `partial_sigs` from a finalized PSBT, which is relevant to non-taproot inputs, however taproot related PSBT fields were left in place despite the recommendation of BIP371 to remove them once the `final_script_witness` is constructed. This can cause confusion for parsers that encounter extra taproot metadata in an already satisfied input.
Fix this by introducing a new member to SignOptions `remove_taproot_extras`, which when true will remove extra taproot related data from a PSBT upon successful finalization. This change makes removal of all taproot extras the default but configurable.

### Description
Introduce block-by-block API for `bdk::Wallet`. A `wallet_rpc` example is added to demonstrate syncing `bdk::Wallet` with the `bdk_bitcoind_rpc` chain-source crate.
The API of `bdk_bitcoind_rpc::Emitter` is changed so the receiver knows how to connect to the block emitted.
### Notes to the reviewers
### Changelog notice
Added
* `Wallet` methods to apply full blocks (`apply_block` and `apply_block_connected_to`) and a method to apply a batch of unconfirmed transactions (`apply_unconfirmed_txs`).
* `CheckPoint::from_block_ids` convenience method.
* `LocalChain` methods to apply a block header (`apply_header` and `apply_header_connected_to`).
* Test to show that `LocalChain` can apply updates that are shorter than original. This will happen during reorgs if we sync wallet with `bdk_bitcoind_rpc::Emitter`.
Fixed
* `InsertTxError` now implements `std::error::Error`.

Changes the peek address logic to use the optimized `Iterator::nth`
implementation of `SpkIterator`.
Additionally, docs are added for panics that will occur when the caller
requests for addresses with out-of-bound derivation indices (BIP32).
Previously `SpkTxOutIndex` methods can be called from
`KeychainTxOutIndex` due to the `DeRef` implementation. However, the
internal `SpkTxOut` will also contain lookahead spks resulting in an
error-prone API.
`SpkTxOutIndex` methods are now not directly callable from
`KeychainTxOutIndex`. Methods of `KeychainTxOutIndex` are renamed for
clarity. I.e. methods that return an unbounded spk iter are prefixed
with `unbounded`.
Previously, `apply_block_relevant` used `batch_insert_relevant` which
allows inserting non-topologically-ordered transactions. However,
transactions from blocks are always ordered, so we can avoid looping
through block transactions twice (as done in `batch_insert_relevant`).
Additionally, `apply_block_relevant` now takes in a reference to a
`Block` instead of consuming the `Block`. This makes sense as typically
very few of the transactions in the block are inserted.

`NewError` is the error type when constructing a wallet with
`Wallet::new`. We want this to return an error when the database already

`PersistBackend::is_empty` is removed. Instead, `load_from_persistence`
returns an option of the changeset. `None` means persistence is empty.
This is a better API than a separate method. We can now differentiate
between a persisted single changeset and nothing persisted.
`Store::aggregate_changeset` is refactored to return a `Result` instead
of a tuple. A new error type (`AggregateChangesetsError`) is introduced
to include the partially-aggregated changeset in the error. This is a
more idiomatic API.
These methods try to load wallet from persistence and initializes the
wallet instead if non-existant.
An internal helper method `create_signers` is added to reuse code.
Documentation is also improved.
`Wallet::new` now creates a new wallet. `Wallet::load` loads an existing
wallet. The network type is now recoverable from persistence. Error
types have been simplified.
Instead of inserting anchors and seen_at timestamp in the same method,
we have three separate methods. This makes the API easier to understand
and makes `IndexedTxGraph` more consistent with the `TxGraph` API.
For `IndexedTxGraph`:
- Remove `InsertTxItem` type (this is too complex).
- `batch_insert_relevant` now uses a simple tuple `(&tx, anchors)`.
- `batch_insert` is now also removed, as the same functionality can be
done elsewhere.
- Add internal helper method `index_tx_graph_changeset` so we don't need
to create a seprate `TxGraph` update in each method.
- `batch_insert_<relevant>_unconfirmed` no longer takes in an option of
last_seen.
- `batch_insert_unconfirmed` no longer takes a reference of a
transaction (since we apply all transactions anyway, so there is no
need to clone).
For `TxGraph`:
- Add `batch_insert_unconfirmed` method.
