Previously we inserted every TxOut of a previous tx
at the same outpoint, which is incorrect because an outpoint
only points to a single TxOut. Now just get the TxOut
corresponding to the txin prevout and insert it with
its outpoint.
Helper method docs are updated to explain what they are updating. Logic
is simplified as we do not need to check whether a tx exists already in
`update_graph` before inserting it.
The previous `TxOut` for transactions received from an external
wallet may be optionally added as floating `TxOut`s to `TxGraph`
to allow for fee calculation.
This is more code, but a much more elegant solution than having
`ElectrumExt` methods return `SyncResult`/`FullScanResult` and having an
`ElectrumResultExt` extention trait.
`ElectrumResultExt` trait is also introduced that adds methods which can
convert the `Anchor` type for the update `TxGraph`.
We also make use of the new `TxCache` fields in
`SyncRequest`/`FullScanRequest`. This way, we can avoid re-fetching full
transactions from Electrum if not needed.
Examples and tests are updated to use the new `ElectrumExt` API.
This PR removes `RelevantTxids` from the electrum crate and tracks
transactions in a `TxGraph`. This removes the need to separately
construct a `TxGraph` after a `full_scan` or `sync`.
The intention is to remove the `Update::introduce_older_blocks`
parameter and update the local chain directly with `CheckPoint`.
This simplifies the API and there is a way to do this efficiently.
and `into_confirmation_time_tx_graph`, since now it makes
sense to use `TxGraph::update_last_seen_unconfirmed`.
Also, use `update_last_seen_unconfirmed` in examples for
electrum/esplora. We show how to update the last seen
time for transactions by calling `update_last_seen_unconfirmed`
on the graph update returned from a blockchain source, passing
in the current time, before applying it to another `TxGraph`.

Note also, the bit referring to Electrum's API sounds more like a developer note, so I made it a regular code comment.

Previously `SpkTxOutIndex` methods can be called from
`KeychainTxOutIndex` due to the `DeRef` implementation. However, the
internal `SpkTxOut` will also contain lookahead spks resulting in an
error-prone API.
`SpkTxOutIndex` methods are now not directly callable from
`KeychainTxOutIndex`. Methods of `KeychainTxOutIndex` are renamed for
clarity. I.e. methods that return an unbounded spk iter are prefixed
with `unbounded`.

Pull request description:
### Description
Closes#1187.
An `Anchor` implementation that records both height and time should have both attributes included in the name.

Fixed a logic error in `construct_update_tip` in `electrum_ext.rs` that caused
the local chain tip to always be a block behind the newest confirmed block.
We remove `ElectrumUpdate` and return tuples instead for `ElectrumExt`
methods. We introduce the `IncompleteTxGraph` structure to specifically
hodl the incomplete `TxGraph`.
This change is motivated by @LLFourn's comment: 794bf37e63 (r1305432603)
Thank you @vladimirfomene for these suggestions.
* Rename `LocalUpdate::keychain` to `LocalUpdate::last_active_indices`.
* Change docs for `CheckPoint` to be more descriptive.
* Fix incorrect logic in `update_local_chain` for `EsploraExt` and
`EsploraAsyncExt`.
This commit changes the `LocalChain` implementation to have blocks
stored as a linked-list. This allows the data-src thread to hold a
shared ref to a single checkpoint and have access to the whole history
of checkpoints without cloning or keeping a lock on `LocalChain`.
The APIs of `bdk::Wallet`, `esplora` and `electrum` are also updated to
reflect these changes. Note that the `esplora` crate is rewritten to
anchor txs in the confirmation block (using the esplora API's tx status
block_hash). This guarantees 100% consistency between anchor blocks and
their transactions (instead of anchoring txs to the latest tip).
`ExploraExt` now has separate methods for updating the `TxGraph` and
`LocalChain`.
A new method `TxGraph::missing_blocks` is introduced for finding
"floating anchors" of a `TxGraph` update (given a chain).
Additional changes:
* `test_local_chain.rs` is refactored to make test cases easier to
write. Additional tests are also added.
* Examples are updated.
* Fix `tempfile` dev dependency of `bdk_file_store` to work with MSRV

Other changes:
* The `async-https` feature of `bdk_esplora` is no longer default.
* Rename `ObservedAs` to `ChainPosition`.
* Set temporary MSRV to 1.60.0 to compile all workspace members will all
features.
