fix: remove deprecated `max_satisfaction_weight

- Change deprecated `max_satisfaction_weight` to `max_weight_to_satisfy`
- Remove `#[allow(deprecated)]` flags
- updates the calculations in TXIN_BASE_WEIGHT and P2WPKH_SATISFACTION_SIZE
